there’s this fish i think it’s called the paku but i’m not sure, and it killed this man in the amazon i think by biting him “down there”.

You might be thinking of the fish that can swim up the urinary tract and either lay eggs or live there. It has spines which makes it very difficult to remove.

Haven’t heard that story, but there is a fish in the Amazon, that is attracted by the scent of ammonia. This is why if you pee when you are in the Amazon, then you risk this fish attacking you down there.

This fish is called candirú. It is a tiny catfish.
