1. “He was born in Kenya.”

2. “Even if he was born in Hawai’i, a big if, he’s still not a US citizen because his mother wasn’t the age of majority yet when he was born.”

3. “He can’t be a natural born citizen; the Constitution states that you have to be born in the US to *two* US citizen parents to be natural born.”

4. He’s a dual citizen of the USA and Kenya/Britain; thus, he can’t be president!

5. “We know more about who’s a natural born citizen than John Roberts and the whole Supreme Court; the McCain staff; the Hillary Clinton staff; the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the ICE and all other agencies!”

6. “Race has nothing to do with this; we did the same exact thing to Mike Dukakis and George McGovern, whose parents were not US citizens!”

7. “Obama had to have used a foreign passport to enter Pakistan in 1981 as Pakistan was forbidden to U.S. passport holders.”

8. “Obama renounced his citizenship as a child in Indonesia.”

What is alternately sad and amusing is that all of these “facts” can be looked up on reputable sources within seconds, yet so few avail of them. The most outrageous one is the one about the U.S. passport and Pakistan, when all you have to do is look up the U.S. Foreign Service and they will show you that there was no ban whatsoever! How lazy are some people?

Mine is actually a non claim. Does anyone seriously believe the Clinton’s did not look under every rock trying to find anything possible to disqualify him, before nomination. If something was there, they would have used it.

Let somebody see the birth certificate, preferrably a forensic autograph expert. A scanned image posted to the web doesnt serve any justice. I can photoshop too.

ALL states have laws relating to birth records being confidential. Obama never sealed anything..he simply refused to be intimidated into releasing a document that was not legally required to be made public.

Many states offer the short form certificate, WHICH CONTAINS THE CORE INFORMATION OF BEING BORN IN THE STATE OF HAWAII. The short form is completely legal and valid.

And after 30+ yrs of genealogical research (in many states), you quickly find out that each states forms appear different, and change from time to time. My original from CA is typed, since it was pre computer. A duplicate (which I could order anytime) would be done with today’s technology and paper.

Just as you CANNOT take a computer image (which will always be a jpeg/ pixel file) and make the claim that the original paper (that you don’t even have)..is obviously a forgery.

My favorite is that Emerich de Vattel, a Swiss philosopher who wrote a book titled “Law of Nations”, was so revered by the founders that they not only included his 2-citizen parents definition into the Constitution, but outlawed any crimes against his book. The Constitution even says: “To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations”

Birthers, all nouns in the Constitution are capitalized.
